Office of Community Health and Research, UAMS-NW
University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Northwest is an extension of UAMS’s medical education, research and clinical mission in Northwest Arkansas. The Office of Community Health and Research includes both research and community health programs. Many of the activities are focused on the Marshallese population in Northwest Arkansas and surrounding areas. Internship experiences will focus on research-related activities such as assisting in the development of data collection materials, community data collection and data entry/data management in a project-specific database.
