Granted is a dynamic, fast-paced startup based in Northwest Arkansas that partners with local nonprofits, small businesses, and state and local governments to secure and manage grant funding. Interning with Granted means jumping into high-impact work that supports mission-driven organizations while gaining experience in strategy, evaluation, and innovation.
Interns may work at The Ledger in Bentonville, a modern, collaborative office space, or take advantage of a flexible hybrid model. You’ll have the chance to work directly with a range of community organizations to help build their capacity, strengthen program evaluation, prepare budgets, improve service delivery, and contribute to long-term sustainability planning.
Beyond public health programming, interns can explore roles in social media strategy, outreach and engagement, process improvement, grant research and writing, and even technology development to support grant systems and tracking.
